How do I schedule a laundry pickup?

You can schedule a pickup via the Tala Laundry web app by clicking here. If you prefer to deal with a human, we will be happy to take your call at (+966)504331292 between 7 am and 10 pm and set you up over the phone!

Do I have to provide my pickup bag?

No, we will provide our own Tala Landry laundry bags upon arrival. Bag for compression only, cleaning and pressing, dry cleaning, etc. If you are leaving your clothes with the concierge/at the front desk, simply attach a note to indicate which items are for each service.

How does your Quality Guarantee work?

All your garments are protected under our 72-hour Quality Guarantee policy, which means if you’re unhappy with how your items have been cleaned, simply let us know within 72 hours and we can organise a free re-clean.

Where will my property be cleaned?

We have dozens of specialized cleaning facilities throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All cleaning partners are carefully selected and undergo a rigorous inspection process. We have close relationships with our cleaning partners and work together to provide you with the best possible service.
